Is it just me or does it seem like everyone is having a baby these days? It must just be my age and just that time when my friends all seem to be starting their family’s or adding on. One of those wonderful people is my sister-in-law Sarah. She is expecting her first child in August and her aunts, cousins, and myself are throwing her a baby shower.
When I was contacted by Minted about sponsoring a giveaway, I jumped right on their site and was in awe of all the beautiful invitations, cards, and papers they offer. I was stuck for what seemed like forever on the Minted baby shower invitation section just drooling over the wonderful designs.

One thing I noticed while scrolling through the 100’s of shower invitation options were the added options that many of the invitations come with. The borders and colors can be changed for an even more custom look. I just love that!
When it was all said and done the final invitation to make the pick was the adorable Baby Animal Parade invitation. The ordering process was fun. You can select fonts, sizes, and wording for almost all of the invitation. I ran out of lines before I was done and was able to fill out a special design instruction to request the additional wording be added. And let me tell you these invitations did not disappoint from the packing to the paper these invitations are first rate. The card stock is incredible but let’s not forget the envelopes. I hand addressed each invitation, on my second envelope I commented to Matt that I felt like I was addressing a wedding invitation!

I love the Pleased As Punch Shower Invitation for a “Sip and See” party. I’ve never been to one either, but it sounds like such a fun idea (and a way for everyone to see the new baby with mom only having to get ready once!)
The Botanical Affair Party Invitations are SO cute!! I used to make my own invitations but the last few parties I’ve had, I’ve ordered them from an online printer and next time I’m DEFINITELY using Minted.
And I’ve been to a Sip and See and they are quite fun. I did more sipping than seeing, I can’t lie…
The stacked photos new year’s photo cards are my favorite! My husband and I like to mix it up and send out happy new year cards vs Christmas cards, and those ones are perfect!
I love love love the “By the Numbers” family tree print. So different, modern, nerdy and cute.
