Okay so this may seem like an odd concept to most but I have a bad lower back and washing cars kills my back.  The bending to get the lower parts of a car can be exhausting and I am usually at the chiropractor not long after I wash the car.  When I heard about the AutoRight Wash Stick and Auto-Wash kit was intrigued.  If you recall last summer we painted our master bath using the HomeRight PaintStick EZ-twist.  Actually we have used it a few times.  It’s one of my must haves for painting!

How to save your back when washing your car!Anyway the Auto-Wash Stick uses the same concept.  Fill your bucket with soapy water just like you normally would, fill the stick (up to 16 ounces of cleaning fluid)by pulling the handle,

How to save your back when washing your car!

How to save your back when washing your car!The head on the Auto-Wash stick includes a cover that is a lot like my old car mitt.  But what is different than my old car mitt is that the wash stick gives me a much longer reach! Without much bending I am able to get the coverage and clean my car.

How to save your back when washing your car!Since Matt doesn’t wash his car often, well as often as I think he should,  I loved using the Wash Stick on the grill and tires!  It was gentle enough to use on the entire car but perfect for removing those stubborn bugs!

How to save your back when washing your car! When I finished cleaning the car, I gave it a quick rinse with the hose and then proceeded to squeegee as much of the water off the car!  Again I LOVE this squeegee. I know you are saying it’s a squeegee what is there to really love?  Well a squeegee that flexes and conforms to the curves of my car is a MUST!  I didn’t do the whole car but I got the areas that drive me nuts and no more water spots!

Just like the PaintStick EZ-Twist our cleaning time was cut in half literally! I will never wash a car with a hand mitt ever again, by back will attest to that!

I have a small car, close to the ground so it is always dirty. This would help tremendously.

My husband and kids wash the cars at our house. We have a pick up truck and a minivan, both of which have hard to reach places. This stick would work great for us!

My husband washes cars mostly. Sometimes I get out there and help him but usually if he’s washing the cars (with one or both of our kiddos) then I am inside cooking/baking/cleaning the house. This would be a GREAT Father’s day gift for him.

I know what you mean. These look great so I’ll buy one for my wife’s birthday as she was so pleased with the vacuum cleaner I bought her for Christmas.

I don’t own a car due to medical reason but my dad drives me around and therefore I clean his car for him because he is up in age and I would rather me wash it then him.

I can’t remember the last time we washed a car at home. This certainly makes it look less painful.
